Apple Turnover Stack

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Lawrence Foods Apple “Turnover Style” Filling (Items 137070 and 124855)

2 Prepared Baked Pastry Sheets Cut into 6 Pieces

4 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

Powdered Sugar

Caramel Drizzle

Directions:

On a small dessert plate, place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center and then alternate three layers of the pastry squares with two layers of the Apple Turnover Filling. Garnish the top with powdered sugar and a drizzle of caramel. Yield: 4 Plated Servings
