Apple and Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 cups Apple Pie Filling (Items 126287, 122001 and 121086)

6 cups Cooked Shredded Pork Butt Roast

1½ cup Smokey BBQ Sauce

2/3 cup Apple Juice Concentrate

8 Crusty Sandwich Rolls

Directions:

Combine the pork, BBQ sauce and apple juice concentrate in large sauce pan. Heat over medium heat,stirring frequently. Heat the Apple Pie Filling in a separate pan until warm. Evenly divide the cooked pork mixture over the bottom half of the sandwich rolls. Spoon the heated Apple Pie Filling over the pork. Cover with the tops of the sandwich rolls. Yield: 8 Servings
