North Africa/Mediterranean inspired wing appetizer for sharing, features a generous portion of crunchy, all-white meat, boneless wings tossed lightly in a fiery harissa-spice barbecue sauce served with olive oil frilled flatbread and cumin ranch sauce for dipping.

| Homestyle Pepper Breaded Breast Meat Boneless Chicken Wings, Uncooked (#4234-928) | 10 oz | Reserve frozen boneless wings for assembly of appetizer. |
| Mild Barbecue Sauce Commercially Prepared | 2 oz | Combine barbecue sauce, honey, harissa seasoning and water in a small nonstick saucepan and whisk to blend. Simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Hold hot above 140ºF. |

| Ranch Dressing Commercially Prepared | 2 tbsps | Combine ranch dressing, sour cream, heavy cream and cumin in a small bowl and whisk to blend. Hold refrigerated at or below 40ºF. |

| Mexican Original suprema Flatbread 6 Inch (7900 621) | 1 each | Brush 1 flatbread evenly with 1 teaspoon oil and ½ teaspoon harissa seasoning. Grill over medium-high heat for 1 minute on each side or until golden. Cut into wedges; reserve. To assemble single serving: Deep fry 10 ounces boneless wings at 350ºF. for 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF. for 15 seconds. Combine 10 ounces wings and 5 ounces harissa spice barbecue sauce in a bowl and toss to evenly coat. Arrange glazed wings on a plate with grilled flatbread and 2 ounces cumin ranch sauce portioned into an individual ramekin. Garnish plate with 1 each lemon wedge and cilantro sprig. |
