Saigon Cinnamon and Banana Pizza

INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS

| 1-12 inch precooked thin pizza crust | ¾ cup ricotta cheese |
| ¼ cup dark brown sugar | 1 tsp Saigon cinnamon |
| 1 cup IQF sliced bananas | 1/3 cup AZAR roasted chopped peanuts |
| Garnish options: Caramel sauce drizzle and fresh mint leaves. | INSTRUCTIONS |
| Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees, spread ricotta cheese on crust evenly. Place on bananas and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until heated through. Add AZAR toasted peanuts and garnish. |
