INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS

| 1 lb. Don Bruno® Spaghettoni Pasta
|
1-29 oz. can Whole peeled plum tomatoes quartered and drained
|
| 6 Roland® Anchovies, chopped or 2 teaspoons Roland® Anchovy Paste
|
1/4 cup Roland® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
|
| 1 tbsp. Fresh, chopped garlic (2 cloves)
|
1/2 Medium white onion, chopped (optional)
|
| 1/4 cup Dried parsley
|
1/2 cup Roland® Black Olives, pitted and chopped
|
| 3 tbsp. Roland® Capers, drained
|
1 oz. Hot sauce
|
| 1 tsp. Dried oregano
|
1/2 tsp. Salt
|
| 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
|
| INSTRUCTIONS |
| Directions:
1. Start water boiling for the pasta with 1 teaspoon oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt added. In a large skillet, add all ingredients as you get them prepared and simmer over medium low heat. Cook the past until al dente and drain, Serve sauce on top or pre-mix the sauce and pasta. Can also be served chilled.
