This is a full-flavor salad enhanced with Klamata olives and Feta cheese.

| 20 oz. Classic Gourmet® Reserve Speciality Mediterranean-Style Feta Dressing | 20 oz. Prepared Chicken breast, cut into strips |
| 10 oz. Romaine, chopped | 10 oz. Spring Greens Mix |
| 10 oz. Cherry tomatoes, cut in half | 8 oz. Zucchini, sliced |
| 8 oz. Red onions, sliced thin | 5 oz. Klamata olives |
| 5 oz. Feta cheese | 2 cups Classis Gourmet Select Supreme Golden Italian Dressing |
| 1 cup Butter | Kosher salt to taste |
| 1 ½ tsp. Mustard seed, brown | Pepper, freshly ground to taste |
| INSTRUCTIONS |

| 1. Prepare chicken breast as preferred; keep warm until ready for service. 2. Plate romaine and spring greens. 3. Top with zucchini, red onions, cherry tomatoes, and chicken. 4. Drizzle with Classic Gourmet® Reserve Specialty Mediterranean-Style Feta Dressing. 5. Garnish with olives and cheese. |
