Blue Cheese Burger

INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS

This delightful burger packs an extra beefy taste thanks to the Classic Gourmet Beef Base and then it is accented with Classic Gourmet® Reserve Premium Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing...this burger is sure to please!

QUANTITY & INGREDIENTS
Classic Gourmet® Reserve Classic Chunky Blue Cheese 40 oz.
Tomato, large, sliced 3 large
Red Onions, sliced 2 large
Red and Green Leaf Lettuce 1 head each
Ground Sirloin 5 lbs.
Yellow Onions, grated or finely chopped 2 large
Black Pepper 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Bread Crumbs, fresh 1 ½ cups
Eggs, lightly beaten 3 each
Sourdough Hamburger Rolls 20 ea.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the ground sirloin, yellow onions, black pepper, bread crumbs, eggs and beef base thoroughly. 2. Measure out 20 5 oz. balls of meat and flatten to an even 1/2 inch thickness. 3. Salt the meat patties and place on a lined sheet tray. Refrigerate until needed. 4. For each order, cook on pre-heated char grill set to medium heat until the patty is cooked to your preferred degree of doneness or the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. 5. Split the rolls and toast the cut surfaces lightly just before the patties are done. Place a thin slice of red onion, one slice of each lettuce, slice of tomato on the bottom bun. 6. Top each burger off with the patty and 2 oz of blue cheese Dressing and place the top half of the roll on top a sauce pan melt butter over medium heat.
