Breaded shrimp on a coleslaw bed made of Napa cabbage, carrots, celery, green onions, parsley and fennel tossed in Classic Gourmet® Dijon Honey Mustard, mayonnaise, orange juice dressing.

QUANTITY & INGREDIENTS
Prepared Breaded Shrimp, 21-25 ct., deep fried 20 oz.
Napa cabbage, thinly sliced 10 oz.
Fennel Bulb, thinly sliced 10 oz.
Carrots, julienne 8 oz.
Celery, thinly sliced 6 oz.
Parsley, finely chopped 4 oz.
Green Onions, bias cut 4 oz.
Classic Gourmet® Country Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing 7 oz.
Classic Gourmet® Real Mayonnaise 8 oz.
Orange Juice 5 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine mayonnaise, Classic Gourmet® Country Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing and orange juice together. 2. Deep fry shrimp, set aside and keep warm until ready for service. 3. Combine Napa cabbage, fennel, carrots, celery, parsley, and prepared dressing in bowl. Toss together until evenly coated with dressing. 4. Plate each portion and garnish with shrimp and green onions.
